This is Worth Sharing...

I've made these for years.. I have the recipe memorized. Make em. Eat em. Love em.... and share em :

Not an actual picture of my muffins.. haha.. I don't take pictures of the stuff I cook.. Unless you count the cupcake gig but.. yeah... This is what they look like... in case you need a reference.
Preheat oven to 350
In a Large bowl, mix:
1 c. wheat flour
1  c. all-purpose flour
2 T. ground flaxseed (optional)
¾ c. quick-cooking oats
2 t. baking powder
1 t. cinnamon
½ t. salt
walnuts... unless you don't like nuts...
In a Medium bowl, mix:
¾ c. brown sugar (or sucanat)
2 eggs (or 3 T. flaxseed and 6 T. water)
1 t. vanilla
1 stick butter, melted OR ½ c. apple sauce
2 very ripe bananas, mashed (do not blend or food process em’)
¼ c. grape nuts (optional)

Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until just moist. Scoop into muffin pan. Always use muffin liners!
Bake for 25-30 minutes.

160-180 Calories per muffin (depending on whether or not you used butter)
4-6g fat, 3g protein, 26g carbohydrates, 1-2g fiber
